We need a smart, kind, vegetarian live-in nanny to take care of our kids, 5 year (boy) and 8 year (girl) old. Duties would include cooking, babysitting and overall help within the household.

Legal status required. Driving is not necessary. Pay of $1800-$2000 per month includes separate bedroom/bathroom and close to transportation.

Welcome to the JSMC Classifieds!

JSMC Office offers this Classifieds capability to the members of the JSMC Society.  Purpose is to support JSMC Member's personal need.  Following are few examples: 

Buying or renting a house, needing a personal care taker or nanny, buying or selling household item, needing a tutor for academic purpose or hobby/interest, etc.  

Commercial advertisements are not entertained through this site.  For Commercial Advertisements, please continue to refer to the following offerings from JSMC Office:

If you would like to submit a Classified for your personal need, please review following guidelines:

  1. This offering is only for the JSMC Life Members
  2. As an introductory offer for next two months - the minimum service fees requested is $15 per Classified
  3. Classified content must not exceed 800 characters (with space) (~ 10 lines)
  4. Up to 3 Attachments (photos, office file) are allowed per Ad
  5. Content of the Classified will be reviewed by the JSMC Office staff and could be rejected if found inappropriate
  6. Your Classified will remain active for 60 days after that it will be expired and removed from the site.  To re-activate, $15 donation is requested.
  7. Classifieds will be listed in the order it received (latest on the top)
  8. JSMC Management is entitled to change any of the above guidelines without any notice.

Tip!: You can always change the sort order of the Ads list by either Tile or the Category.  You can also filter for a particular Category or a Title. Also, there is always a search box on top right corner for searching for a classified.
